Painting Supervisore

I've been working around Azhikkal for a while now. My place is right near the Periyakovil Road, specifically at Mangad Chudayil house in Sivaji Nagar. It’s a busy spot but we manage. My job is basically making sure the painting gets done right for Painting Supervisore. I spend most of my day moving between different sites in Kannur. It’s not always easy, especially when the rain hits Kerala hard, but we keep going. Sometimes the guys show up late or the paint isn't the right shade, and I have to sort it out. I started this because I knew how to handle the brushes and the ladders. Now I just keep an eye on everything. We don't have a big fancy office, just the house and the local roads. People know where to find me if they need their walls done. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually take a break then. It's just honest work. I don't spend much time on the computer, usually just checking the supplies. I've lived here my whole life, so I know the neighborhood pretty well. If you're walking toward the temple area, you might see us working on a fence or a gate. It’s just how things are around here. We try to finish before it gets dark. Most of our tools are kept in the shed. It's nothing too special, just painting and making sure it stays on the walls like it should.
