N.K Developers

N.K Developers is based in Kannaur Munderi, which is near the Airport Road. We are also quite close to the Walialinoor Jama Masjid, so it is a very easy location to find. The area around here is developing fast, and you can see new buildings and roads being worked on all the time. Our office is a simple setup where we handle all the paperwork and meetings related to land and construction. We don't have a big glass building or anything corporate-looking. It’s more of a practical space where we can sit down and talk about projects. Being near the airport means there is often the sound of planes overhead, which we don't even notice anymore. The masjid nearby brings a lot of people to this street, especially on Fridays, so the whole area feels very alive and connected. We have lived and worked in this part of the world for a long time, so we have seen how much Kannaur Munderi has grown. Most of our work comes from word of mouth rather than big ads. We just focus on the plots and the buildings we are involved with. The office can get a bit cluttered with maps and plans spread out on the tables. It is a busy environment but we prefer it that way. We just take things one day at a time and deal with the local land matters as they come up. Sometimes the phone rings all day and other times it is just silent for quite a while.
