Nearbi India Llp is based out of the S. E. A Complex, which is right by Vyapara Bhavan in Kappalam. Our address is 17/1401. It’s a busy building with a lot of people coming and going. We have this one room that serves as our main office. It’s filled with computers and half-empty tea cups. The complex itself is a bit old, but it’s in a good spot for us to operate. We can hear the traffic and the noise from the market nearby all day. It’s not exactly a quiet place to work, but we’ve gotten used to it over the months. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or decorations on the walls. We just have what we need to get through the daily tasks. Most of the time, we are busy responding to messages and sorting through different documents. It’s a small group of us here. We don't have a receptionist, so if someone comes to the door, whoever is closest just gets up and helps them. Sometimes the elevator in the complex is broken, so we have to take the stairs, which is a bit of a workout. We like being in Kappalam because it’s easy to find things we need for the office. We don't try to act like a big company. We just do our work and go home. It’s a practical setup for us at 17/1401. We keep our files in some old metal cabinets that have seen better days.
