MIO CARO INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office for MIO CARO INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED is at Vadakkekkara House. It’s in Pothukuzhi, which is a small part of Tholambra, near Thalassery in Kannur. It’s a bit of a drive from the main town, but it’s where we are from. We use the family house as our base for our infra work. It’s very quiet out here in Tholambra. We mostly work on local construction and infrastructure projects in the Kannur district. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We know the local landscape well. Most of our day is spent visiting sites or talking to laborers. When we are back at Vadakkekkara House, we go over the numbers and the plans for the next week. We don't really do big presentations. We just sit down with a cup of tea and talk through what needs to be done. People in the village know us as the guys who build things. We try to be fair and do a good job so we can keep working in our own community. The office is basically a room with a few desks and some files. It’s nothing special to look at, but it’s where all our planning happens. We like being based in this part of Kerala because it's home. Sometimes the neighborhood kids play cricket right outside our window while we work on our ledgers.
