Mazhuppel Development Foundation

Our office is located at Door No. 12/328 on the first floor. We are situated right near the bus stand on Iritty Road in Payyavoor. Being so close to the bus stand means it’s always a bit loud outside with the horns and people rushing to catch their rides. But it makes it very easy for anyone to find the Mazhuppel Development Foundation. You just get off the bus and walk a short distance. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, so you have to watch your step. Inside, we have a few rooms where we do all our planning. It’s a busy place because of the location. We often have people dropping in because they saw our name while waiting for a bus. We don’t have fancy air conditioning throughout the whole place, just some fans that hum all day. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to that yet. We are more focused on the work we do at our desks. Payyavoor is a good place to be, and Iritty Road is like the main artery of the area. We feel like we are right in the thick of things. It’s not a corporate environment. It’s just a local office where we try to stay on top of our tasks. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on the phone. It is a practical, no-nonsense setup for us.
