Maniyoor Business Ventures Privatelimited is based in Mattannur. Specifically, we are in Ward-28, at a place called Chaithanya, house number 571. We are situated right near the Sankara Vidya Peetam school. It’s a bit of a landmark for people trying to find us. Being near a school means it gets quite loud when the kids are arriving or leaving, but otherwise, it is a decent place to work. We handle different types of business ventures from this office. It is not a very large setup at all. We mostly just have a couple of rooms where we keep our records and do our planning for the future. We started this because we wanted to have something of our own in the Mattannur area. Most of us live nearby, so the commute is short, which is a big plus for everyone. We don't really go in for fancy office furniture or high-tech gadgets. We have what we need to get the job done right. Life here is pretty quiet for the most part, except for the school bells. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and head home to our families in the evening. It’s a simple way of living and working. We don't have any big plans to move or change things much. We just want to keep things running smoothly as they are right now for the long term.
