Down in Kannur, specifically in Koodali, is where we are based. Our place is called Kanam Veettil in the Thattiode area. It is a different kind of pace here compared to the big cities. We work on building systems, which means a lot of technical details and making sure parts fit together like they should. It is quiet around the office mostly. You can hear the birds and the occasional motorbike passing by. We are not a massive operation with hundreds of people. We are a smaller crew that knows the local area well. When people come to see us, we usually sit on the porch or in the small front room. The heat in Kerala can be something else, so we keep the windows open for the breeze. We take our time to get things right. There is no point in rushing if the work ends up being sloppy. We have been in Thattiode for a while now and people know where to find us. It is simple living and simple working. We look at plans, we talk to contractors, and we make sure the materials are what they are supposed to be. It is steady work and it keeps the lights on. We like being tucked away here in the greenery of Kannur. It is a good place to be. We just try to do right by the folks who hire us for their projects.
