Our shop is located in Makkah Tower on Chalod Road. We are at 770/A in Ward 6. It’s a well-known spot here in Taliparamba. We’ve been in the gold and diamond business in Kannur for some time now. Being in the 670602 area means we see a lot of local faces. We aren't a corporate chain or anything. It’s just a local partnership. The tower is a busy place, so there's always noise and people moving around. We just stay in our shop and wait for people to come in. We don't do much in the way of fancy displays. We just have our items in the cases like everyone else. People come to us when they are looking for something for a wedding or just to save some money in gold. We try to be helpful, but we don't push people to buy things. It’s a relaxed atmosphere. We spend a lot of time just chatting with the neighbors. The Chalod Road area has a lot of energy. We like being right in the middle of it. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the tower, but that’s just part of being in a popular building. We just do our daily tasks and make sure the shop is ready for the next day. It’s just a regular local business. Nothing fancy, just hard work and a bit of patience. We hope to stay here in Taliparamba for a long time.
