Lulu Sarees

Lulu Sarees. We've been here at the Lulu Wedding Centre on Bypass Road for a while now. Most people know the LLU Junction in Mukkam, so it is pretty easy to find us if you are coming from that way. Lulu Sarees started because we just liked fabrics and wanted to have a place where locals could find something decent without traveling too far. It is usually busy around wedding season, as you can imagine. We spend a lot of time folding and unfolding silk. Sometimes the shop gets a bit messy when we have a lot of people in at once, but that is just how it goes. My cousin helps out on the weekends when it gets really crowded. We do not really do much fancy advertising or anything like that. People usually just walk in because they saw the sign or someone told them about us. It is a small team here, just a few of us making sure everything is in the right place. We see a lot of families coming in to pick out things for their daughters. It is nice when someone picks a saree they actually like for a big day. The traffic on Bypass Road can be a real headache sometimes, especially in the late evenings, but being right at the junction helps people find us. We keep the doors open and try to keep things simple. If you are looking for us, just look for the wedding center building. We are right there. Sometimes we run out of certain colors, but we try to get more in every week or so. It is just a regular local shop.
