We are Lifesquare Builders Private Limited and we operate out of our office at Hrishi Villa in Thiruvangad. Thalassery is our home base. It’s a busy place and we’ve been working on various building projects around Kannur for a while now. Most days you’ll find us dealing with site visits or talking to workers about the next steps. It isn't always easy keeping everything on schedule, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate, but we get through it. The office is at Door No. 15/174A. We aren't a huge corporate office with hundreds of people; we are a small team that knows the local area well. People around here usually just drop by the villa if they need to discuss something. We handle the paperwork and the actual construction side of things. Sometimes the site work gets messy, but that's just how building goes. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a project is going to take longer, we just say so. There’s no point in making up fancy excuses. We mostly focus on residential stuff but we take on other bits and pieces too. Being based in Kerala-670103 means we understand the local ground conditions and the way people like their houses built. It's just us working hard every day to make sure the walls go up straight and the roofs don't leak. We’ve been here in Thalassery for a bit and we plan to stay put.
