Layrock Projects Private Limited

Our office is located at Building No. Pvp Vi, 8 in Ummarapoilperingome Po. It's right there in Payyannur. Layrock Projects Private Limited is just a small group of us working out of this space. It’s a practical building, nothing too fancy to look at from the street. We handle projects around the Payyannur area and sometimes a bit further out. The day usually starts early with a lot of coffee and some talk about what needs to happen at the site. We don't have a big front desk or a receptionist. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll just see one of us on the phone or looking at a drawing. We like being in Ummarapoilperingome because it’s a familiar place. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years. Our work is pretty straightforward. We take on the jobs we can handle and try to keep things moving. There’s always some problem to solve, whether it’s a delivery that didn't show up or a machine that decided to stop working. We just deal with it and move on to the next thing. It’s a bit of a grind, but it’s what we do. We don't spend much time on fancy brochures. We just focus on the building part of the business. If you are in Payyannur, you’ve probably seen our trucks or our guys around. We’re just another local business trying to do our part. Sometimes we are around late into the evening just to finish up some files or plan the next day's route.
