Layrock Infra Private Limited

Over in Payyannur, specifically at Ummarapoil, we have our office in building PVP Vi 8. This is in the Peringome area. Layrock Infra is a small company that handles local infrastructure tasks. We aren’t trying to be some massive corporation. We just work out of this office and focus on the projects in our own neighborhood. The building is a simple structure and our office inside is just as basic. We have a few desks where we do the planning and keep our records. Most of us grew up around here, so we know the land and the people quite well. Peringome is a nice, quiet place to work from. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or out at different sites making sure the work is actually happening. It’s a lot of coordination between different groups of people. We don't use any fancy language or complicated systems. We just use what works for us. If you come by PVP Vi 8, you’ll probably find someone drinking tea and looking over a set of drawings. We’ve been operating this way for a while now. Most of our work comes from local connections. We just show up every day and do what needs to be done. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important for the area. We like the fact that we are a local business and we plan on staying that way for a long time.
