Kotaram Online Grocery Llp is based at H.No.514, Krishna Vihar, which is right near the S.S. Temple in Payyanur. Being in Mahadevagramam means we are in a fairly central part of things. Even though there is an online part to what we do, the physical work happens right here. We spend a lot of time packing up bags and checking lists. It can get a bit hectic when a lot of orders come in at once, but we just take it one at a time. The temple nearby is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We can often hear the sounds from the temple while we are working, which is quite nice actually. The space in Krishna Vihar is filled with boxes and crates of all sorts of things. We aren't a big corporation with shiny offices; we are just a few people working out of a house number. Payyanur is a good town, and Mahadevagramam feels like home to us. We don't have a big fancy way of talking about our work. We just pack the groceries and make sure they get to where they need to go. Sometimes we make a mistake and have to fix it, but we try our best to stay on top of things. It’s a lot of walking back and forth and making sure everything is counted correctly. That is about it for us.
