Kolayadan Developers Private Limited

We are over at Punnapalam in Kolayad, working out of the Vakachalil House. Sibi Kurian started this up and we’ve been here in the Kannur area for a while now. It is just a local setup where we handle building stuff. We don't have a big fancy office downtown. Most of our days are spent on the sites or talking to people about their plans. It gets pretty busy around here, especially when the weather is good for work. People know where to find us because the house is a landmark. We just try to get things done right without making a big fuss. Construction can be a messy business, but we like seeing things come together from the ground up. Sometimes things take a bit longer than we want because of the rains here in Kerala, but that is just how it goes. We deal with materials, labor, and all the paperwork that comes with putting up a structure. It is hard work and our hands usually have dust on them by noon. We are just local people trying to make a living by building things that stay standing. We have been part of this community for years and we know the land around here pretty well. If you are walking past the 8/132 address, you will probably see us coming and going in our old trucks. There is always something to fix or a new wall to start. We are just regular folks doing regular work.
