Our office is in South Bazar, Kannur, specifically at Room No: XL VII-2627. We are near the Makhani area, which is always bustling with people and traffic. Kl Abdul Sathar Impex Private Limited is an import and export business. That means we spend most of our time dealing with shipping documents, customs forms, and talking to people at various ports. It’s a lot of desk work. The office isn't very large. It’s just a simple room with the basics like desks, computers, and a lot of paper. We’ve been in this part of Kannur for a long time. We know the other business owners in South Bazar and we see the same faces every day. It’s a good community to be a part of. We aren't trying to sound like some big international firm with a bunch of corporate jargon. We’re just local people doing business. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets flaky, and we just have to wait it out. We make a lot of tea and try to stay cool when it gets humid. It’s not a flashy job, but it’s interesting because we deal with things coming from all over. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they know us from the bazaar. It’s a practical, everyday kind of business that keeps us busy from morning to night.
