Kannur Properties Private Limited

We’ve been running Kannur Properties Private Limited out of K.K. Plaza for a while now. If you look for us, we are at Pp 11/771. It is a busy enough spot and most locals know the plaza well. We don’t have some fancy showroom with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular office where we sit down and look at property papers all day. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a few months. People come in asking about plots or houses in the area, and we just tell them what is available on the list. We have some plastic chairs for when it gets crowded. My nephew helps out with the filing sometimes because the paperwork can get a bit messy if you don’t stay on top of it. It’s a small team here, just a few of us who know the roads and the land around Kannur quite well. We keep the kettle going for tea throughout the afternoon. It is not a corporate setup at all, just a place where business gets done. You’ll find us there most mornings by ten, unless someone is out at a site visit. We try to keep things simple and don't use big words or confusing contracts. If you need to find us, just ask someone at the plaza for the property office. We’ve been in this building long enough that most the shopkeepers know where we sit.
