Kakkopravan Constructions Private Limited is located at Ayodhya Ramanthali in Kannur. We are a construction company that has been around the Ramanthali area for a while now. The office is at our place, so it feels more like a family environment than a cold business office. We do a lot of building work in the 670308 area. Kannur has its own way of doing things, and we’ve grown up seeing that. We don't have a big marketing budget or flashy signs. Most people hear about us through word of mouth from neighbors. We spend our days checking on concrete pours and talking to masons. It’s a lot of dusty work and sometimes the heat in Kerala can be really tough, but we’re used to it. We aren't interested in being the most famous builders in the state; we just want to make sure the work we do is solid. Sometimes the planning takes longer than the actual building, but that’s just how it is. We try to be straightforward with everyone. If a material is too expensive, we look for something else that works just as well. It’s just a group of us working together to get houses and walls built.
