The office is located out at the Naval Academy in Ezhimala, which is near Payyanur in Kerala. It’s a beautiful part of the country, though we spend most of our time looking at project files rather than the scenery. We focus on infrastructure and different projects that require a lot of local coordination. Being based at the Academy means we have a very specific area we operate in, and it keeps us quite busy. We don’t really go for those polished corporate speeches you see online. We’re more about the day-to-day reality of construction and site management. It involves a lot of phone calls to suppliers and making sure the crews are where they need to be. Sometimes the humidity makes the work a bit harder, but we’re used to the Kerala climate. Our team is small but we’ve been doing this for a while now. We keep our office organized, but there are always piles of blueprints and site reports sitting around. It’s a practical environment for people who like to get their hands dirty. We don't have a big marketing department because we don't really need one. The work we do speaks for itself when people see the projects being finished. If you’re ever in the Payyanur area, you might see us around the site or heading back to the office to finish up the day's logs. It’s just how we operate. No need for anything fancy when you have a job to do.
