HKBEACH PROJECTS LLP

HKBeach Projects LLP is run from H K Villa in the Thana area of Kannur. It’s a nice enough place to work, near the coast. We mostly look at projects that involve local development and building work. Being in Kannur, we have a certain way of doing things that’s a bit more relaxed than the bigger cities, but the work still gets done. The office is really just part of the villa at KA 184 A. We started this because we wanted to have a hand in how our local area grows. We’ve got a small crew and we don’t really go for anything flashy. Most of our work comes from people we know or folks who have seen what we did down the road. It’s a practical business. We spend a lot of time on-site, so the office is often empty during the day. We’ve had our share of ups and downs, like any small business in Kerala. Dealing with the monsoons and getting supplies on time are the usual struggles we face. But we like what we do. It’s good to see a project go from just an idea on paper to something real that people can actually use. We just take things as they come and try to be as helpful as we can to anyone who walks through the door at the villa. We don't have fancy mission statements, just a desire to build things that won't fall down and that people will actually like living in.
