Hillzone Associates Llp is over at Building No. Np I 1291. It used to be called Old Np Xi 702 V, but things changed. We are in the Pattuvam Complex in Karuvanchal. It’s a sturdy building, though the paint is peeling a little on the outside. We have been here for some time now. Karuvanchal is a nice place to be based. There are plenty of shops nearby if we need anything. The office inside the Pattuvam Complex is a bit crowded because we have a lot of books and folders everywhere. We try to keep it organized but sometimes it gets away from us. There are four or five of us in here most days. We talk about the local news while we have our morning tea. It's a relaxed atmosphere. We don't have any fancy mission statements or things like that. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and go home to our families. The windows look out over the street, so we can see what's going on outside. It’s good for a bit of a distraction when the work gets a bit dry. We use old wooden desks that have been around forever. They are solid though. We don't plan on moving anytime soon because we like the spot. It's just a practical place for us to run the business. We try to keep our overhead low and our spirits high. Sometimes we even manage to get the radio working for some background music while we type.
