Hanis Footwear & Bags

Hanis Footwear & Bags is located in the Fila Complex right on Haji Road. We are very close to the Pappinisseri Railway Station, so we get a lot of people walking by after they get off the train. The shop is filled with shoes on one side and bags on the other. It’s a bit cramped because we try to fit a lot in the space we have. You’ll see sandals, formal shoes, and backpacks all mixed together. We don't have a fancy layout or anything. It’s just a local shop where you can grab what you need on your way home. The floors can get a bit dusty from the street outside, but we try to keep the stock clean. We spend most of the day helping people find the right size or checking if we have a different color in the back room. The railway station noise is just something we are used to now. It’s a busy little corner of Pappinisseri. We’ve been here at Fila Complex for a while, and most of the other shop owners are our friends. It isn't a big chain store, just a small business run by people who know the area. We just open up, put the displays out on the sidewalk, and wait for the morning rush to start. It is simple work but we like being part of the community here. If a zipper breaks or a shoe pinches, people know where to find us.
