Our business is located in building number 17/242 in the Kambilkolachery post office area. It’s a bit more of a quiet location compared to the big city shops, which suits us just fine. We handle gold and diamonds and have been in this spot for some time now. People in Kambil know where we are, even if there aren't big neon signs pointing the way. It’s a local operation, and we usually know the families who come in to buy something. We don't use those slick sales pitches you hear in the city. Usually, we just sit down, have a glass of water, and talk about what the customer is looking for. The building itself is simple and we try to keep the atmosphere inside very casual. There is a lot of routine involved, like checking the scales and keeping the jewelry clean. We manage everything ourselves without a big corporate office telling us what to do. Most days are pretty similar, opening up the doors, waiting for the neighbors to stop by, and handling whatever repairs or sales come our way. We like being part of the Kolachery area. It feels like a real community here. We just try to be honest about what we have and keep our prices where they need to be to keep the lights on. It’s a small, practical way to run a business. Most of the time we are just sitting here waiting for the courier.
