GRADE Placement Services

We’re located in Kannur, just a short walk from Bhima Jewellery. It’s a busy part of town, so there’s always something happening outside our windows. Our office is where we do all the placement work, trying to find jobs for people who come in looking for a change. It’s not a very complicated operation. We have some chairs for people to sit while they fill out their details and a couple of desks where we keep our records. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’ve been too busy to get around to it. We get people from all walks of life walking through that door, each with their own story about why they need a new job. Some days are slow and we just sit and sort through old emails, and other days the phone won't stop ringing at all. We don't have a fancy website or a big social media presence. Most people just find us because they saw our sign or heard about us from a friend in the neighborhood. We keep a stack of newspapers on the table so people have something to read while they wait. The overhead light in the back room hums a little bit, but we don't notice it much anymore. It's just a regular local business where we try to be useful to the people who live around here. We’re not a big agency, just a small team of three or four folks doing our best.
