Fiyonas Food & Beverage

Our place, Fiyonas Food & Beverage, is right in the middle of town in Kothakurssi. If you are familiar with Pathamkulam, you probably know the area well enough. It’s a quiet town for the most part, except on market days when everyone comes in from the surrounding villages. We set up shop here a few years back. The building is old but sturdy, and we’ve tried to make it work for what we need. We handle both food and different types of drinks, which keeps us pretty busy from morning until late evening. My sister handles most of the inventory while I look after the daily operations. We don’t have a big team, just a few local people who have been with us since we started. Sometimes the deliveries from the suppliers are late because the roads out here aren't the best, especially when it rains. We just make do with what we have on the shelves. The kitchen area is small, so we have to stay organized or things get chaotic fast. You won't find any big advertisements for us; we mostly rely on people walking by and seeing the sign. It’s a practical way to run things in a place like Kothakurssi. We focus on getting the orders right and making sure the floor is swept before we close up for the night.
