Our place is simply called Fax. We are located in the Saroma building in Mavichery, which is in Payyanur. If you are familiar with the Kannur district in Kerala, you probably know the area. It’s a quiet spot and we like it that way. We have been operating out of this address for a long time. It’s not a large business with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us doing our daily work. The building itself is an older one, and we occupy a small part of it. We don't have any shiny logos or big billboards. People just know the Saroma house and they find us there. Kerala has its own pace, and we try to stick to that. We handle our tasks one by one and don't try to rush things too much. The office is pretty plain with just the essentials. Sometimes it rains so hard you can't hear yourself think inside, but we just keep working through it. We aren't looking to become a giant corporation. We just want to do our job and stay part of the community in Payyanur. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We don't overcomplicate things with big words or fancy promises. If you come by, you'll see we are just regular people working in a quiet corner of Kannur.
