Fas Construction Company

Fas Construction Company is based in Thalassery, over in Kerala. You can find us at Rahath Manzil. Thalassery is a beautiful place, known for its history and, of course, the food, but we spend most of our time thinking about building materials and site plans. Our office in Rahath Manzil is where all the planning happens. It’s a relatively quiet space compared to some of the big city offices. We have blueprints rolled up in the corners and samples of tiles or bricks lying around. It’s a construction office, so it’s bound to be a little bit messy. We’ve worked on various local projects around the area for quite some time. The team here is small, mostly locals who know the land and the weather patterns in Kerala quite well. During the monsoon, things slow down a bit, but we still come into the office to handle the paperwork and plan for when the rain stops. We aren't some big multinational firm with glass walls. We’re just a local company in a house-like building getting things built. I usually start the day with some tea and a look at the schedule. It’s a steady pace of life here. People in town know us, and they often just walk into Rahath Manzil if they have a question about a project. We keep things informal and honest because that’s how things work best in a place like Thalassery. It’s just how we do business.
