Elavumkal Hospital

Elavumkal Hospital is tucked away in Tripulla PO. Being near the post office makes it easy for people to explain where we are located. It’s a pretty simple area and we like it that way. The hospital isn't very large, just a handful of rooms and a small area for people to wait. We’ve got some old wooden benches that have been here since the place opened. They aren't the most comfortable, but they do the job. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment or a big shiny lobby. It is mostly just white walls and the smell of cleaning supplies. The staff here at Tripulla PO are like a little family. We eat lunch together most days and talk about our kids or the local news. We don't have a big marketing budget or a mission statement on the wall. We just wake up, come to work, and try to help the people who walk through the door. Sometimes we have to wait for supplies to come in from the bigger towns, which can be a bit of a hassle. But we make do with what we have. It is an honest living and we are proud to be here in Tripulla. It’s a quiet life and we just do our best every day. We hope to stay here for a long time and keep serving our neighbors.
