You can find us on the 3rd floor of the JR Complex in Talap, Kannur. It’s at the G1 spot. We deal with healthcare equipment, which means lots of boxes and technical manuals. The elevator can be a bit slow sometimes, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. We have things like monitors and different hospital tools stacked up. It’s a quiet office for the most part, until a big delivery arrives. We spend a lot of time checking the gear before it goes out to the clinics around Kannur. My staff and I aren't really the corporate types. We just know how these machines are supposed to work. If something isn't right, we spend the afternoon fixing it. The weather in Talap can be pretty humid, so we keep the AC running to protect the electronics. People drop by to ask about prices or to see if we have a specific part in stock. We try to keep a decent inventory, but space is a bit tight on the third floor. We’ve been in this complex for a few years now. It’s a good location because it’s central. Most of our day is just paperwork and testing equipment. It’s steady work and it keeps us on our toes. We don’t do big speeches, we just get the equipment where it needs to go. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up an order, but that is just part of the job.
