Edu Bhoom Study Abroad Private Limited

Edu Bhoom is located way out in Alakkode, specifically in the Vayattuparamba area of Kannur. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here from the main town, but it's a nice part of the district. We’ve got our office at the Pandiyam Parambil building. Since we handle study abroad stuff, we spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at documents from other countries. It's funny because we're sitting here in a small village like Naduvil talking about places like the UK or Canada. We aren't a big, slick agency with offices in every city. We’re just a small group trying to help local kids figure out where they want to go for their studies. It can be a lot of stress for the families involved, so we try to keep things calm and simple. There’s no fancy reception desk or anyone wearing a suit. Most days it’s just us in regular clothes, drinking tea and going through files. The internet can be spotty when the weather is bad, but we manage to get the work done. People around Alakkode know where to find us if they need some advice. We don't spend money on big ads or billboards. We just talk to people honestly about what it takes to move away for school. It’s a quiet life here, but the work keeps us busy enough most days. We even have a small garden area where we sit when the office gets too stuffy.
