Dodsal Engineering Construction

Out here in Mayyil, near the Nivedyam post office, life moves at a bit of a different pace. We’re tucked away in the Kannur district of Kerala. It’s a beautiful place to work, even if the rain gets a bit much sometimes. Our construction and engineering office is right here, and we’ve been part of the local scene for a good while. We don't have a giant glass building or anything. It’s more of a local spot where people come to talk about their building projects. We spend our days looking at blueprints and talking to contractors. Being in South India, we have a certain way of doing things, and we stick to it. The office is full of old files and the smell of paper. We’re not trying to be some high-flying firm. We just want to do solid work for the people around here. You might see us having tea at the local stall or walking around a site in the mud. It’s honest, hands-on work. We take pride in knowing the land and the people in this part of Kerala. It’s a simple life, but the engineering work keeps our brains busy. If you’re ever in Mayyil, you’ll probably find us at the office or nearby, just doing what we’ve always done. We've seen many changes in the village over the years, but our little corner remains the same, focused on the basics of building and fixing things.
