Dimension Design Studio

You can find us at the Highway Arcade, right by the T K Stop in the Caltex area of Kannur. We are directly across from Bhima Jewellery, which is a big help when people are trying to find the office for the first time. Being near the Civil Station means it’s a busy part of town, but we like the energy. Our studio is just a place where we sit down and get the design work done. It isn't a massive space, but it fits our needs perfectly. We have some tables for drawing and computers for the technical side of things. Usually, there's a bit of noise from the road outside, but we’re used to it by now. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. We’re just local people who know how to put a building design together. A lot of our time is spent talking to clients who drop by after doing their shopping or errands nearby. We keep it casual and just talk about what’s practical for their needs. There’s no need for big speeches or fancy presentations here. We show the drawings, explain how things will work, and go from there. The location at Caltex is great because it’s so central for everyone in Kannur. We’ve been here a while and it feels like a second home. It’s a simple setup, just us working hard on whatever project is on the desk that day. We enjoy the process of turning ideas into real plans.
