Denfab Engineers

Our office is in Poduvachery, Kannur, at a place called Jeyess' House. It’s a bit different from a typical city office because it’s in a more residential-feeling area of Kerala. The surroundings are green, and it’s usually much quieter here than in the bigger towns. We’ve set up our engineering work right here in this house. It’s a family-style environment where everyone knows each other. We spend our time working through various technical problems and planning out projects. Kannur has its own rhythm, and we’ve adapted to it over the years. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. Most people who need us already know where Jeyess' House is. Inside, it’s a mix of home and work. We have our workstations set up in the main rooms. It might not look like a corporate office, but we get plenty done. We drink a lot of tea and talk through the challenges of the day. Sometimes we have to deal with the monsoon rains, which can really pour down in this part of India. We just take things as they come. There are no fancy mission statements on the walls here. We just aim to do a steady day’s work and stay honest about what we can handle. It’s a simple, practical way to live and work in Kerala. We just keep our heads down, stay busy, and make sure we don't rush through the important parts of our work. It’s been our home for a while now.
