We are based over in Payyannur, specifically in the Peringome area at building Pvp Vi 3C. Delirious Buildcon might sound like an unusual name, but we take the work very seriously. It’s a quiet part of Kannur, which suits us just fine. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of construction and making sure the sites have what they need. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to keep the files and meet with the guys. We aren't interested in being the biggest company around. We just want to do a decent job on the projects we take on. There is a lot of talk in this industry, but we prefer to just get on with it. Sometimes the weather in Kannur makes things difficult, especially during the monsoon, but we’ve learned how to work around it. We are a group of locals who understand the ground here. You won't find us using a lot of marketing fluff. If a project needs five bags of cement, we say it needs five bags. We keep things honest and straightforward. Most of our days are spent on the road or at the site, so the office is mostly for the paperwork that no one likes doing anyway. It’s a basic operation, run by people who know the trade. We just want to build things that last. It is simple enough when you don't overthink it.
