CHENGALAYI CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is located at building number 531 in Perinkonnu, which is part of Chengalayi. We are near Sreekandapuram in the Kannur district of Kerala. Our work is pretty much what you’d expect from a local construction company. We spend a lot of time on the road, going between different job sites in the Kannur area. The office in Perinkonnu is where we keep all our files and meet up in the mornings before heading out. It’s a quiet enough area, which is nice when we have to sit down and figure out the budgets for a new job. Construction is a tough business because there are so many moving parts, and something is always bound to go a little bit wrong. We just try to fix things as they happen and keep the projects moving. We use simple tools and work with local guys who know how to handle the materials. It’s not a glamorous life, being covered in dust most of the time, but we like seeing a building come together from nothing. We’ve been based here in Chengalayi for a while, and most of our work comes from people nearby who see us working on other houses. We don't do much advertising; we just stay busy with the work that comes our way. It's just a regular group of us trying to do a good job.
