We work out of a local building that has been here for years. It’s not a high-tech office. We have wooden tables and some old chairs. Sometimes the internet speed isn't the best because of the trees and the weather. We just work around it. Rain is a big thing here, especially during the monsoon. We spend a lot of time watching the rain from the porch. It’s a small team, and everyone knows everyone in the village. We walk to the local tea shop for breaks.
