We are over in Kolayad, right at Puthalam near the post office. Most of us here grew up around Kannur, so we know how things work in this part of the state. It isn't a massive office or anything fancy, just a room where we sit down and figure out the building stuff for our projects. Usually, the day starts with coffee and looking at some drawings that have been sitting on the desk for a while. Sometimes the rain here gets so heavy we just have to wait it out before heading to a site. We deal with developers' work, mostly focusing on things around the 670650 area. It’s a lot of talking to people, making sure the supplies show up on time, and dealing with whatever problems pop up that day. People know us by the Basisu name around here. It’s mostly just us working through the local paperwork and seeing what can be done with the land we have. We don't really have a big corporate story to tell. It’s just about getting the walls up and making sure the roof doesn't leak. If you come by Kolayad, you'll see where we are. It’s a quiet spot, but there’s always something to do. We keep the files organized as best we can, but things get messy when we are busy. That’s just how it goes when you’re building things in a place like this.
