It is a pretty standard residential street, so it doesn't feel like a cold corporate office. We like that. We have been working from here for a while and it suits us fine. There is not a lot of flash here, just some desks and our computers. We do professional work for different clients. Most people who call us are from around the district. We don't have big signs outside or a receptionist sitting at the front. Usually, one of us just answers the door if someone knocks. The work involves a lot of reading and making sure things are done right. It can be a bit boring for some, but we find it okay. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when the weather is nice. Alavil is a good spot to be. It is close enough to the main town but quiet enough to actually think. We just do our bit every day. There is always a pile of documents to go through. We don't have any grand plans to move into a skyscraper. This house works for what we need. It is just a regular local business life for us here in Kannur.
