B2H Builders & Contractors Llp is based out of Door No 02/30 in the Purachery area. If you are coming via Ezhilode, you will find us over in Cheruthazham. It’s a local operation where we mostly focus on building projects and general contracting work. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of people; it’s more about a small group of us making sure the houses and buildings we work on are solid. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to keep the tools and the records straight. We spend more time out at the actual building sites than sitting behind a desk anyway. Construction in this part of the country means dealing with the rain and the heat, so we plan our schedules around that. You might see our trucks moving back and forth through Cheruthazham pretty often. We know the local suppliers and where to get the sand and bricks we need for the right price. Dealing with contractors can sometimes be a headache, but we try to keep things straightforward and talk to people plainly. We don't use big words or try to confuse anyone with technical talk. If someone needs a wall built or a roof fixed, they come by and we see what can be done. It’s been our routine for a long time now. We just stay focused on the project at hand and try to stay out of the way while we work. It keeps us busy.
