Aidermagnus Properties LLP

Our office is on School Road in Thalassery. If you know the area, you know how busy that road gets when the kids are heading home or coming in for the morning. Aidermagnus Properties LLP is inside Building No. 15/305-C. It’s a decent spot, though finding a place to park your scooter can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We’ve been here in Kannur for a bit now. The office isn't very large but it fits what we need. We mostly just keep our heads down and get through the paperwork. Usually, there's a breeze coming off the coast if you open the windows, but Thalassery can get pretty humid in the afternoons. Most of the people who come in are locals from around the neighborhood or people passing through on their way to the market. We don't have any big flashy signs. Just a small board so people know they found the right place on School Road. It feels like a normal part of the street. Inside, it’s just the usual desks and some old fans that hum a bit too loud when they are on high. We drink a lot of tea while we work. It’s just us doing our thing every day. Nothing too complicated or formal about how we run things here. We just like being part of the local scene in this part of Kerala. We have been here for years now.
