You can find us right on the ground floor of Royal Oak Mall, at unit 49/452. It’s a handy location since everyone comes through the mall anyway for their errands. We’ve been working out of this space for a while now, focusing on the local property market. It’s a bit different being in a mall compared to a standalone office, but it works for us. We get a mix of people stopping by just to ask quick questions while they’re out shopping. Real estate can be a lot of work, but we like the pace. We handle various property needs without making a big fuss about it. We’re just regular people trying to make a living in the real estate world. There’s always someone in the office to have a chat. We know the area around the mall quite well. It’s not a corporate headquarters, just a practical space where we keep our files and meet clients. Sometimes it gets loud with the mall crowds, but we don't mind the noise. We focus on the local listings and try to give honest answers when people ask about prices or locations. It’s simple work, really. We don't have a bunch of fancy brochures or a high-pressure sales pitch. We just tell people what we know about the local houses and plots. It’s a decent way to spend the day, right in the middle of things here at Royal Oak Mall. We take it one day at a time and see what comes our way in this business.
