You can find L & T Construction Ltd over on Bhumanakari Mandir Road in Saikulam. We are at number 14, which is a fairly easy spot to spot if you’re heading towards the temple. Working in Saikulam is interesting because it’s a mix of residential houses and little shops, so there’s always something happening right outside our door. We’re in the construction business, so our days are filled with talking about sand, bricks, and labor schedules. It’s a lot of coordination, and things don’t always go exactly as planned, but that’s just how building things works. Our office isn’t much to look at, just a practical space where we can keep our tools and paperwork organized. We have people coming in and out all day, workers looking for their assignments or suppliers dropping off materials. It gets a bit chaotic, especially when multiple projects are happening at the same time. The road outside can get a bit congested during the morning prayers at the mandir, but we just work around it. We’ve been part of this community for a while now, and we’ve seen a lot of the newer houses around here go up. It’s a good feeling to walk down the street and see things we helped put together. We just keep our heads down and try to do a solid job every day. No big fuss about it.
