Zafaz

Our shop is called Zafaz and you can find us at No. 7/85 Middle Street. We are in Madhavalayam, which is part of Nagercoil. It's a nice spot on a street where everyone knows each other. We sell a variety of things here. It's hard to describe exactly because we change what we have based on what people want. One day it might be clothes and the next it’s household items. We keep it interesting that way. The shop isn't huge but we use every bit of space we have. We’ve been at No. 7/85 Middle Street for a few years now. My family helps out behind the counter. We enjoy the chat with the customers who come in every day. Sometimes they don't even buy anything, they just come in to talk. That's fine with us. We aren't trying to be a big supermarket. We like being a small part of Nagercoil. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun but everyone knows where we are. We try to keep the prices fair so people keep coming back. It’s a lot of work keeping the shelves full and the shop tidy. But it’s our own thing and we’re proud of it. If you’re around Madhavalayam, stop by Middle Street and say hello. We’re usually open from the morning until the sun goes down. It's a busy life.
