VPRV BUILD AND TRADE PRIVATE LIMITED

VPRV Build and Trade Private Limited is based out of Kanyakumari, specifically at No: 5/2 in Kakkathoppu Pottal. We are located near the Rajakkamangalam post. The office is usually quite quiet in the mornings before the guys head out to the different project sites. We do a mix of things here, some building work and a bit of trading in materials too. Living and working in Kanyakumari means we have to deal with the coastal weather, which can be hard on construction projects. We’ve seen all sorts of weather patterns while trying to get walls up. It's a family-style environment here, nothing too stiff or formal. If someone needs supplies or wants to talk about a new build, they usually just walk in or give us a call. We spend a lot of time checking on deliveries of sand, cement, and bricks. Sometimes the trucks are late and that throws the whole schedule off, but we manage somehow. We aren't a huge operation with a hundred offices, just this one spot in the 629502 pin code. We focus on getting the foundations right and making sure the trading side of things has what the locals need for their own small projects. It’s steady work, and we like being part of the community here. There’s always someone stopping by for a chat about the local news or a project they’re thinking about starting next year or even the year after.
