VKGREEN BUILDTECH (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

We operate out of Kunttuvilai in the Muthalar area of Kalkulam. The office is located at T. Nelson’s place. Being down here in Kanyakumari means we have a specific way of doing things, mostly because of the landscape and the weather. VKGreen Buildtech is a small setup, it’s actually a one-person company structure, but we have a few hands who help out on the sites. We focus on building stuff that fits the local environment. It’s not always easy work, and there is a lot of physical labor involved. We spend our mornings checking on materials and making sure the site guys have what they need. Kalkulam is a nice place to work, even if the roads get a bit muddy during the monsoon. We don't spend much on advertising or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people in the community who know we are reliable. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to keep the books and handle the paperwork. We try to keep things simple. If a wall needs building or a foundation needs pouring, we just go out and do it. We’ve been in the 629177 area for quite a while, so we understand the local soil and what works best for houses here. It’s just us, working hard and trying to keep things moving forward every day.
