Titus Cottage Industry

We are based out of Kanjiracode, right at the Titus Cottis location. It is a bit of a trek for some, but we’ve been part of the village life here for quite a while. Our work involves a lot of manual stuff, the kind of things you’d expect from a cottage industry setup. We have a few rooms where the work gets done, and it’s often noisy or messy depending on the project we are currently on. The post office is nearby, which makes things easier for us when we need to send things out. We aren't a big factory or anything like that. It’s more of a family-run feel where everyone knows their job and just gets on with it. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait a bit to get back to work, but that’s just how it is in this part of Kanjiracode. We don’t spend money on fancy signs or marketing stuff. Most people know us because they live nearby or heard about us from someone else in the village. It’s a steady pace of work. We try to keep things moving along even when supplies are slow to arrive. The building itself is older, but it serves us well enough for what we need to do every day. We just keep doing what we’ve always done here without much fuss. It's just a regular way of life for us in the village and we like the work.
