Our office is situated at 14-142D/1 in Valapadapuvillai, which is part of the Kootamavu area. We are way down south in the Kalkulam taluk of Kanyakumari. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city centers, but that’s where SPA BUILDSOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is based. The area around here is quite green and it feels a bit different from the big cities like Chennai. We have our small space where we manage the construction and solution side of things. The address is a bit long to write out on envelopes, but everyone around Kootamavu knows the general area well enough. Most of our days are spent coordinating with workers or looking at site plans. It’s not always quiet, especially when there’s local traffic or people moving goods nearby. We’ve been in this part of Tamil Nadu for a while, and we’ve seen the landscape change slowly over the years. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the daily tasks, making sure the builds are moving along and the supplies are coming in on time. Sometimes the weather gets really rainy, which is common for Kanyakumari, and we have to adjust our schedules. It’s a practical way to run a business. We just keep our heads down and focus on the projects we have at hand without any extra fuss or polish.
