Simplex Infrastructures Limited

Our location is in Bara Lowan, which is a small village near Chapra in the Saran district of Bihar. We’ve been running Simplex Infrastructures Limited from here for some time now. It’s a very rural setting, so our site really stands out with all the big equipment and trucks. We don’t have a lot of the fancy things you find in city offices. Most of our day is spent outside, making sure the construction materials are where they should be. It’s a lot of hard work, and the dust can get everywhere, but that’s just the nature of what we do. We hire a lot of guys from Lowan Kalan and the nearby towns to help out with the labor. We aren't really about making big promises; we just try to follow the plans and finish the projects we’re given. The roads around here can be tricky, especially during the monsoon, so moving heavy gear takes some planning. We keep things pretty simple. There’s a lot of shouting back and forth to get things lined up right, and we drink a lot of water to stay cool. It’s a basic, functional workplace where we value getting the task done over looking good. If you come by Bara Lowan, you’ll find us right in the thick of it, moving dirt and building things. It’s a straightforward life, and we’re just glad to have the work and be part of the local community in this part of Saran.
