You’ll find us at No. 15/52/3 in the Bridge Ward area, right near Kuzhithurai Post. It’s a familiar spot for most people living around here. Our office isn’t much to look at from the outside, just a regular building where we do our daily work. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our computers and a lot of folders. We’ve been operating in Kuzhithurai for a good while, and we’ve seen the town change quite a bit. Despite the name, we aren't some fancy royal establishment; we are just local workers handling the community's needs. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who walk in from the street. It’s a steady kind of work. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find out about us. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a mistake happens, we just fix it and move on. There’s no corporate hierarchy here; we all just pitch in where needed. The humidity can be a bit much some days, but we keep the fans on high and keep working. It’s a quiet life, but it’s good to be part of the neighborhood where everyone knows who you are. We just focus on getting the paperwork right for everyone who trusts us. There is always a pot of tea going and the door is usually propped open to let the air in.
