We operate out of a place called Abhi Nivas, which is located at No 3./14/1 in Kuzhithurayanvilai, Mathoor. It's in the Aruvikkarai area. It's not in a major city center, which we actually quite like. It's a bit quieter out here compared to the big hubs. We handle imports and exports, mostly dealing with what's needed in the local market and what we can source from around this region. It started out pretty small and has just stayed that way over the years. We like being able to talk to our customers and suppliers directly without a bunch of middle management. There's no big call center or automated system when you deal with us. You just talk to one of the people in the office. The building is a regular house that we've converted for our business use. It's comfortable and it gets the job done for us. We spend a lot of time on the logistics of moving goods. It can be tricky sometimes, especially with the rural roads around here, but we always manage to figure it out. We don't make any grand claims about being the best in the business. We just do our work and hope our customers are satisfied with it. It’s a practical business run by local people. We know the area well and we've built some solid relationships over time. We're just trying to keep the business running smoothly.
