Nagercoil Catering Private Limited

We’ve been over here on Jacob Street for a while now. Most people around Asaripallam Road know us just as the ones making the food for the big events around town. It’s Nagercoil Catering Private Limited on the official papers, but to most folks, we’re just the kitchen down the way. It gets pretty loud and hot back there, especially when there’s a wedding or some local party we’re cooking for. We started small, just a few of us wanting to make sure people had decent food when they got together. The address is 5/C-1 - 80, right near the main road. It isn't a fancy place with big signs or anything. We spend most of our time figuring out how many bags of rice we need or if the spice mix is right for the day’s orders. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when three different orders go out at once, but that’s just how it is in this business. Our families help out too. We don’t really do fancy ads. People usually just hear about us from their neighbors or by seeing our van parked somewhere. If you walk past Jacob Street, you’ll probably smell whatever we’ve got on the stove. It’s a lot of work, keeping everything moving in the Kanyakumari heat, but we’ve stayed at it. We just keep the stoves going and try to make sure nobody leaves an event hungry. It is what we do.
